All of my Mindful Adornment pieces have been specially designed and created to have a specific effect on the emotional, mental and physical bodies. All Mindful Adornment Pieces are made of semi-precious stones, precious metals or fossils. Each piece has its own unique story and history and has been crafted so that it becomes much more than the sum of it's parts. Each piece not only looks beautiful but feels beautiful.
