What is a Relationship?

What are the differences between job, work, and career Relationships?

Am I unhappy with my work relationships?

Why does my job/work/career really cause me pain and distress?

How do I get the fulfillment I want from my work?

Our entire experience is composed of creating and maintaining Relationships. What and how we "produce" is governed by our relationship with our "work", and those involved with our "work". There are many myths about the dynamics of work/career relations. The dynamics of all relationship "types" are different. Therefore, we create pain and stress when we transpose the dynamics of different "types" of relationships, e.g. transposing the dynamics of a personal relationship and a work relationship. When we wish to change any work relationship we will find that its dynamics have roots in the dynamics of our relationship with our Career. There are three basic dynamics that challenge all relationships, and govern how we create and maintain relationships. We will discuss these 3 basic dynamics, and specific myths and challenges of the job/work/career Relationship.

Breakfast, snacks and drinks are served in this class discussion!
