This Series both examines and walks you through the practical and tangible steps to changing both your experience of life and your life situation.

When you seek to change are you attempting to change your situation or your experience? Changing your situation will have no affect on your experience. Often when we try to change our "life's situation", what we really want to change is our experience. It is our experience of circumstances (not the circumstances) that causes us pain, fear, anger, and anxiety. This is because all experience is internal and not external. Therefore, true change occurs only when YOU change.

It is in this state that most of us choose to experience our lives and ourselves. When our experiences are from a state of resistance to truth we experience emotional, intellectual, and physical pain. Though all states of being are normal and natural, all fixed states of separation are unnatural. Life here in this place is cyclical; therefore we will experience all states of being. Our experiences in these states are a result of our choices. When one finds that the stories and circumstances of their lives keep repeating themselves with an increasing intensity, one is in a fixed state of Resistance to Truth based on their beliefs.
