Peace is the space where aggression and and acquiescence meet.
How can I help maintain a peaceful spirit, body, mind, life experience?
(Remember “Peace and Love” are states of Being)

Let’s start with a peaceful Spirit:
There are many ways to maintain a peaceful spirit. Two important ways are:< Meditation:
There are may types of Spirit focused meditations designed to strengthen the Spirits presence in the body and balance the vibrational equilibrium between the Spirit and the Body. Exercising these meditations on a regular basis can help maintain a peaceful spirit. It is also very important that we know if our meditations are Spirit/Body focused, because only these meditations will help balance and ground you here in this plane. These meditations are different from meditations that focus on detachment. Though focused on the Spirit, they are also exercises in detachment of the Spirit from this plane. These, if exercised for the purpose of grounding and balance, will leave you more off balance.< Rituals:
Without going into a long explanation of rituals and types……… you should just focus on “Spiritual or Religious” rituals of all kinds. These are, by nature, Spirit focused and designed (for the most part) to bring Peace to the Spirit by arranging or structuring the surrounding environment. They range from the simple to the complex…from simple Feng Shui to complex religious rites.
