Remember
We come to this plane of existence in full remembrance of who and what we are, but we quickly learn to forget, and cling to the false reality of this place. Each month, I offer a reminder of the ever enduring Spirit that is YOU!

What is your Profession? What is your Career? What do you Practice?
Practice makes perfect and continued practice makes a master.
Whatever you practice you become proficient in…
We practice a skill or routine until we perfect it or become a master at it. This is how we learn to grow and evolve as people and become better and better at what we do.
The general rule is that it takes anywhere from 6-10 years to master something, depending on how often and how much you do it. Some estimate that it takes 10,000 hours to master something, but this will vary from person to person and will depend on the skill and other factors, like a natural inborn propensity for the skill.
Either way, the longer we practice something the better we become at it.
For personal growth, self-esteem, achievement and balance, there are many things we should be encouraged to practice. But, many have been practicing a slew of other things that do not encourage personal growth, self-esteem or balance.
Do you practice these listed below?
How many years and many hours a day do you dedicate to the practice of these?
1) Self-doubt
2) Self-flagellation
3) Self-denial
4) Procrastination
5) Deflection
6) Holding and projecting Fear
7) Holding and projecting Anger
8) Delusion
9) Fantasy
10) Self-sabotage
11) Self-deprecation
12) Worry
13) Denial
Have you become a Master at any or all of the above?
If yes, then they have become your profession.
Mastering any of the above will afford you the excellent skill set needed to undermine and degrade your personal growth, your self-esteem, your achievements and your emotional mental and physical balance.
In your moment-by-moment experience of this life be mindful that you do not make any of the above your profession or your career.
