There is one equation for every occurrence:

P+C+E = Occurrence

P – The potential must exist for every occurrence. If there is not potential then there is nothing to occur. To have any occurrence there must be potential.

C – Choice must be executed for every occurrence. Without the choice to execute the potential that exists there can be no occurrence. Choice is the mechanism and catalyst for any occurrence.

E – The correct environment must exist for every occurrence. Without the right conditions or environment there can be no occurrence. The environment or conditions is an integral part of any occurrence.
