All human beings have 3 bodies, three ways to experience all life – an Emotional Body, a Mental body and a Physical Body. We feel, think, and act. When our “feeling”, “thinking”, and “actions” are balanced, we have a balanced life experience.

Know where in your body you store your unprocessed thoughts, feelings, and actions. Know your “Body Map” – where in your body you store the pain of your life.
