Our History is the Past and Our Future is Our Past
Do you want to know what your/our future will be?
Review our history and you will see our future. Unchanged, History will replay its self like a song left on repeat. The tools, images or accoutrements will change, but the story, which is the essence of History, remains the same. The Past is the Future unless we change our History.
The Past exists in stillness and the Future exists in a still dream. We only live in the Present, whether we are conscious to the Present moment or not. We may revel in our Past experiences, but nonetheless we exist in the Present. Only the Present exists in motion. Therefore, it is only in the Present that we can change our History.
Changing your History (your Past) in the Present changes your “Future-Experience” . The Feelings and thoughts you cultivate combined with the actions you take today determine your “Future-Experience” . If these feelings, thoughts, and actions are rooted in the Past, your History repeats in the “Future-Experience” . The Past is a memory and the Future is a dream, because we only exist in the Present. When you wake “tomorrow” it will be today not “tomorrow”. A new tomorrow is born with each today, a chance to change or repeat, the choice is yours. The process of changing History (the Past) begins NOW with your CHOICES .
