Remember
We come to this plane of existence in full remembrance of who and what we are, but we quickly learn to forget, and cling to the false reality of this place. Each month, I offer a reminder of the ever enduring Spirit that is YOU!

Do You Feed Your Spirit?
What do you feed your Spirit?
When you wake, you feed your body because you wish to continue to experience this place. Your body usually cooperates in this, by alerting you (through hunger pangs) that requires nourishment. For a while, any sustenance will do, because the body is adept at extracting what it needs from what you ingest. If, however, what you feed the body is not fully nourishing, your body and your experience suffer.
The same is true with your Spirit. It requires nourishment on a DAILY basis. If we do not feed our Spirit, our experience starts to change, and our entire experience becomes one of stress and suffering. This is an alert to FEED your Spirit.
We tend to forget that it is our Spirit that has come to this place to experience, not our bodies. Our body is just the vehicle our Spirit uses to experience this place. Our focus must be on feeding both the “driver and the car.” While on a long trip our focus might be on keeping our car fed (with gasoline), but eventually the driver also must be fed, or the trip will be cut short or brought to an end.
Did you feed your spirit today?
