CHOICES and ACTIONS, Fear and Uncertainty

Real Change is the result of several occurrences:

1. The CHOICE to change your experience.
2. Identifying the root cause of the painful experience.
3. Acknowledging and moving through the emotional and mental “aspects” that keep the pain in place.
4. The will to make different choices and take different actions.

Different choices and actions are necessary to complete the cycle of change.

Unless we are willing to make the choices that are necessary to bring about the change that is necessary to relieve our pain, (emotional, mental or physical) we are destined to create an ever worsening state of pain.

Remember if your experience is painful and you don’t change and direct your experience it will remain the same, but the circumstances of your life will constantly change. Therefore, if you are not balanced (pain free) this constant outward change intensifies the imbalance (pain) within.

As the circumstance around us change we may become fearful and uncertain. In times of fear and uncertainty it is always helpful to reflect on universal truths that stand with unwavering certainty.

What I create for others will be created for me.
Universal Law of Returns: where ever you begin is where you return.

If I hold fear or anger then a fearful or angry life experience is what I will create.
Universal Law of “Creation”: what ever you hold you create or whatever you resist you become.

I am not separate, what ever happens outside will affect me inside in some way.
Universal law of Structure: Everything exists in direct energetic connection with everything else. Therefore, nothing can exist separate from all there is.

The essence of what I am is eternal; It can never be stopped or destroyed only redirected.
Universal Law of Substance: energy can neither be created nor destroyed; it is simply transformed from one manifestation to another.
