Remember
We come to this plane of existence in full remembrance of who and what we are, but we quickly learn to forget, and cling to the false reality of this place. Each month, I offer a reminder of the ever enduring Spirit that is YOU!

Abuse of Self
ABUSE DAMAGES THE EMOTIONAL, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL BODIES. The most common form of abuse is SELF-ABUSE.
Stopping your self-abuse can change your life…
Of all the forms of abuse, self-abuse is the most pervasive and the most destructive. The constant emotional and mental abuse we inflict on ourselves on a daily basis helps to reinforce the pain of our existence.
The most pervasive forms of emotional and mental abuse are the strong held beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. Our constant self deprecating thoughts and feelings produce wounds that never seem to heal since we “pick at them” on a constant basis.
In an attempt to deal with our perceived pain we inflict on ourselves all manner of physical self abuse. Food, drugs, physical activities, drink, self neglect, are but a few of the ways we inflict tremendous amounts of abuse on ourselves. One truth is that no one can treat you worse than you treat yourself. Reduce or stop your self abuse and you will reduce or stop 90% of your emotional, mental and physical pain.
Do you abuse yourself? How much of the actual pain of your life is self-inflicted?
