Remember
Your parents owe you nothing. One of the greatest gifts your parents will give you is their choice to be responsible for you and your welfare. Remember some children do not receive this gift from their birth parents.
Remember
Any parent that has chosen to be responsible is attempting to express their love the best “ways they know how”. These ways may not be what you expect, but it is love.
Remember
The demonstration of love you require from your parents may not come from your parents but from others. Learn to accept what your parents are able to give you and receive what you require form other sources. “Remember one dish can not the appetite of a lifetime satisfy”.
Remember
You possess the sum total of the emotional, mental, and physical traits of your parents. Therefore, you can never escape your parents. You can only accept these traits and then CHOOSE the traits YOU are going to manifest.
Remember
If you resist becoming your parent, you WILL become your parent. Remember we become what we resist.
Remember
Your parents’ life choices are not your life choices. Their experience is not your experience.
Remember
If you demand the respect of your parents, you must give and earn the respect of your parents.
Remember
