The Ram is a rather new image for Africans brought over by Europeans. The ram appears as a steadfast symbol of power and strength for many African cultures. These powers are usually attributed to the head and the antlers of the ram. The Bat on the other hand is revered as a silent hunter who has the ability to see and hear all that moves and camouflage its self in the most unsuspected places.
