What is an Intimate Relationship?
Am I happy with my Intimate Relationships?
Why do my Intimate or Personal relationships cause me pain?
How do Intimate Relationships differ from other relationships?/p>
How do I create the relationship I want?
Our entire experience is composed of creating and maintaining Relationships. The intimate Relationship is probably the most misunderstood, and most avoided of all relationships. Our intimate relationships bear the dynamics of all our other relationships, our work, career, parent, family etc. Learning to transform or create desirable intimate relationships begins with the examination of the dynamics, myths and challenges of existing relationships and understand exactly what an intimate relationship is and why they are so important to total fulfillment. This process begins with the emotional, mental and physical bodies and ends with the exploration of the two most important relationships in any experience...the Parent-Child Relationship and The Relationship with Self. There are three basic dynamics that challenge all relationships, and govern how we create and maintain relationships. We will discuss the 3 basic dynamics, and specific myths and challenges of the IntimateRelationship.
