The 2018 Ghedee Silent Meditation Retreat - Spiritual Walk & Vision Quest takes place in Fairbanks Alaska, where the sky glows with the aurora borealis. Fairbanks is just two degrees below the Arctic and close to the impressive Denali National Park. Fairbanks' location is ideal for northern lights viewing because it is under the "Auroral Oval," a ring-shaped zone over the far north where aurora activity is concentrated. This makes Fairbanks the best place in the U.S. to take in energy of the northern lights.

From Fairbanks it is a short drive to the famous Denali National Park. It also is home to the official North Pole and Santa Clause house, as well as beautiful wildlife and nature.

We will be right on the river at the Pikes lodge. Pike's Waterfront Lodge offers comfortable rooms many with scenic views, a steam room, riverside deck, Aveda aromatherapy room amenities.
