The multi-dimensional Universe we exist in is governed by certain definite truths or "Laws". These "Laws" govern every aspect of our physical, mental and emotional existence and experience.
The first is The Universal Law of Existence "Absolutely everything perceived or imagined is energy and energy is the first manifestation of all there is."
The second is The Universal Law of Substance "Energy can never be created or destroyed, it is simply transformed from one manifestation to another."
The third is The Universal Law of Structure "Everything exists in direct connection with everything else, therefore nothing can exist separate from all there is."
The fourth is The Universal Law of "Creation" (or Holding) - "Whatever you hold you create or whatever you resist you become."
Learning to balance your life with Universal Laws can manifest the life you want and bring you to the things you desire most in life. We encounter pain and suffering when we try to create experiences that are not aligned with Universal Laws.
